At Sentrex we specialise in all aspects of windows, UPVC and facade cleaning by using the very latest in water purification and pole cleaning systems. We are highly trained and experienced in the safe use of ladders, harnesses, abseiling rope access and hydraulic platform vehicles (cherry pickers). We can access any building in a safe and controlled manner.

It is our policy and standard practice to have a works satisfaction note signed off by each client, on completion of any work.  This gives our clients the opportunity to express any concerns and to make comments regarding our work.  The comments are then passed on to management, who monitor and carry out, random quality control checks, on all staff and contracts.

We ensure that all staff are well groomed and are wearing company uniform at all times, clearly showing our Sentrex emblem.

Our window cleaning services offers an abseiling service to complement the various other methods of high level windows cleaning. All abseil technicians are highly experienced, fully insured and vigorously trained to the highest possible standards in rope access. We offer a competitive and cost effective solution to any high rise office or residential building

At Sentrex, we regularly use harnesses to access and clean windows to parts of buildings that are normally deemed unsafe (i.e. raised elevations, ledges, parapets or leaning out of inside windows).

By using our specially designed V-shape ladders we are able to access and clean windows to heights in excess of 35 feet (3 floors) from ground level. Because of the non marking top, we can position our ladders safety to almost any surface, at any angle, without damaging or marking the surface or facade.

Occasionally some buildings cannot be cleaned or are impossible to access by using conventional or Reach and Wash cleaning methods. This may necessitate use of a hydraulic platform vehicle, allowing us to access windows and facades to a maximum height of 100 feet (9-10 floors). Commonly referred to as ‘cherry pickers’ these high level platforms are available to us on a hire only basis. We have negotiated excellent rates from reputable suppliers with any savings passed on to our clients. We have access to a wide range of machines that can tackle any height and suit most budgets. All our operators are highly experienced and are fully insured and trained to IPAF standard.

Our Reach & Wash System consists of a 5 stage water treatment system and carbon fibre poles to deliver 100% pure graded water to the windows or facade surface. The treatment process utilises reverse osmosis and mixed bed de-mineralising resin to produce 100% pure, laboratory graded water. As no chemicals or detergents are used, the process of windows cleaning is environmentally friendly and highly secure.
