Each contract has its own designated key accounts manager (area contracts manager) that has total responsibility for all aspects of that contract. Not only will these managers  retain effective communication with you the client on a regular basis. A Director of the Company will always retain a personal contact with the client’s own representative, so ensuring their needs are always placed first on the list of priority.
